It&#8217;s an <a href="http://www.heid.co.uk/products/whiskipa-full-barrel/">iPad stand made from whisky barrel wood</a>. It&#8217;s a nice blend of reclaimed materials and cutting edge technology.</p>

<p>We&#8217;re always on the look out for new and refreshing ways to utilise and repurpose <a href="http://www.mckayflooring.co.uk/shop/product.cfm/intProductId/1147/name/Reclaimed%5FWhisky%5FBarrel%5FFlooring"><strong>reclaimed whisky barrels</strong></a>.  One of the simplest yet  creative uses we&#8217;ve come across to date is this wall mounting of oak staves by Keira O&#8217;Donnell who has beautifully captured the original form and character of the retired cask with this beautiful wall presentation.</p>
<p>Keira and her husband Paul are currently renovating and modernising a Victorian property in Toronto.
